区域性煤炭管道运输的技术经济可行性分析

摘　　要：为对我国煤炭管道运输的未来发展提供理论指导,文章对区域性管道输煤的技术和经济条件进行了研究。并在运用工程动态投资回报期等技术经济手段进行分析之后,得到我国当前管道输煤工程投资的经济性相对良好,其技术条件已经成熟的结论,并提出管道输煤是开创一种全新的煤炭物流模式。同时,以实例证明作为第四种煤炭运输通道的时机已经成熟。In order to provide guidance for the development of coal pipeline transportation in Chinain the future, the technical and economic conditions of the regional coal pipeline transportation was studied. And result of the study applying projects technical and economic means, such as engineering dynamic investment recoveny period, shows that, the current conditions are ripe to utilize pipeline technology for coal transportation, and the economic efficiency of engineering investment is relatively favorable. Coal pipeline transportation has created a brand new coal logistics pattern, and it＇s the right time for coal pipeline transportation to be the fourth kind of coal transport corridor which has been proved in practices.
