摘　　要：文章以煤矿企业安全文化要素为基础,依据安全诚信理念,经过条目筛选、信度效度分析,编制了包含4个维度和20个要素的安全诚信度测评量表。将该量表应用于煤矿企业,证明了其定量测量安全诚信得分、衡量安全诚信水平的功能。该量表是单位内部和不同单位间安全诚信测评与对比的一种工具,可针对测评结果提出有针对性的改进建议,为提升企业安全诚信状况提供依据。Based on the safety culture factor of a coal mine, according to the safety credibility idea, with the item selections and the reliability and validity analysis, a safety credibility questionnaire with 4 dimensions and 20 factors was prepared. The questionnaire applied to the coal mine enterprises could show the quantitative measurement of the safety credibility marks and the judgment function of the safety credibility level. The questionnaire would be a tools of the safety credibility evaluation and comparison between the unit internal and different units. According to the measuring results, the questionnaire could provide the related improved proposals and provide the basis to improve the safety credibility conditions.
