摘  要:建立了铬黑T修饰玻碳电极方波伏安法测定对羟基苯乙酮(P.hyd)的电化学方法。运用循环伏安法在含有0.5mmol/L铬黑T的0.1mol/LNaOH溶液中制备聚铬黑T膜,并用扫描电镜、红外光谱、电化学阻抗等技术进行了表征。在pH4.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,P—hyd在908mV(vs.SCE)处的峰电流与其浓度在1—160μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限0.15μmol/L(S/N=3),相对标准偏差小于2%。A novel poly (efiochrome black T, PEBT) modified glassy carbon electrode was developed to determine p-hydroxyacetophenone (p-hyd) by square wave voltammetry (SWV). A thin film of EBT was deposited on the surface of glassy carbon electrode in 0. 1 mol/L NaOH containing 0. 5 mmoL/L PEBT by cyclic voltammetry. Scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were carried out to characterize the film. SWV reveals an oxidation peak of p-hydat 908 mV(vs. SCE) whose current is linear in the range of 1 - 160 μmol/L in 0. 1 mol/L phosphate buffer solution (pH 4. 5) with detection limit of 0. 15 μmol/L ( S/N = 3 ). The presented modified electrode has good anti- interference ability and stability. Furthermore, the relative standard deviations for both repeatability and reproducibility are less than 2%.
