摘 要:目的进一步了解部队腹泻病原的分布特点。方法采集某外出训练部队腹泻病人、正常人粪便标本和外环境标本 检测常见致泻病原体。结果检出致泻病原体 11种,腹泻病人的病原阳性率为 69.83%,病原作顺位依次为 A组轮状病 毒、克雷伯菌属和弧菌属,以前较少报道的沙雷氏菌属、变形杆菌属、普罗菲登斯菌属和枸橼菌属均有一定的检出率。 正常人的病原阳性率为 63.45%,检出的病原体种类较病人少,主要为克雷伯氏菌属、大肠杆菌属和轮状病毒;两种以上 病原混合携带现象较多见。克雷伯菌属在该监测人群中有较高检出率,弧菌在外环境和腹泻病人标本中有较高的检 出率。结论A组轮找病毒、弧菌是引起南方战区部队腹泻的主要病原体,条件致病菌是部队外出训练时重要的腹泻病 原菌;病人与正常人病原检出率接近。Objective To better understand the distribution of diarrheal pathogens in the troops during straining exercises for the purpose of developing prevention strategies against diarrhea Method Twelve frequent diarrheal pathogens were examined in 302 specimens collected from diarrheal patients, healthy individuals and the living environments in the troops during off-base training Results Eleven frequent species were identified. The positive rate of diarrheal pathogens in the patients was 63.45%, retrovirus (RV) (A) being one of the major pathogens, among which Klebsiella, Vibrio Serratia Proteus, Providencia and Citrobacter were all identified and in that order, responsible for the pathogenesis. The major diarrheal pathogens in healthy persons were Klebsiella E.coli and RV, while that in the limp environments was Vibrio. Two or more species were frequently identified in the same sample. Conclusions RV(A) and Vibrio were the major diarrheal pathogens in the southern army, and Klebsiella plays an important role as a conditional pathogen. The analysis of diarrheal pathogens necessitates thorough investigation of the predominant strains.
