摘  要:为了探讨储藏过程中害虫引起粮食质量变化与其产生二氧化碳浓度的关系,测定了小麦感染谷蠹后不同时间千粒重和虫蚀粒的变化,以及在此过程中二氧化碳浓度的变化,分析了其间的对应关系,以期为通过气体监测粮情提供参考.主要结果为:25℃下,小麦感染10头/kg谷蠹成虫后的6个月内,其千粒重从42.91 g下降到了33.20 g,小麦虫蚀粒则从0.3%增加到18.3%,相应地环境中二氧化碳浓度从起初的0.048%逐步增加到20.894%.随着时间延长和二氧化碳浓度的上升,小麦的千粒重下降趋势平缓,二氧化碳浓度与千粒重变化呈互为消长关系,而小麦的虫蚀粒率上升受害虫发生状态影响明显,二氧化碳与虫蚀粒率变化呈同步增长关系.虫蚀粒率增长幅度在害虫发展至有大量后代个体时增加显著.结果显示,害虫引起粮食质量变化过程中,环境中产生的二氧化碳浓度变化与千粒重和虫蚀粒变化关系密切,通过检测二氧化碳浓度可在一定程度上反映粮食质量变化情况.To study the relevance between carbon dioxide productivity and grain quality change caused by insect pests during grain storage, we determined the thousand kernel weight (TKW), bored kernel percentage (BKP) of wheat infested by Rhizopertha dominica F. as well as carbon dioxide concentration during storage, and analyzed the relevance to provide reference for monitoring grain situation through carbon dioxide concentration. The results showed that the TKW of wheat infested by 10 adults per kilogram was reduced from 42.91 g to 33.20 g, the BKP increased from 0.3% to 18.3% in 180 days at 25 ℃ ,and the carbon dioxide concentration increased from 0.048% to 20.894% correspondingly. The TKW decreased slowly with the prolong of time and the increase of carbon dioxide concentration;the carbon dioxide concentration had a trade-off relationship with the TKW, and increased with BKP;and the BKP had a remarkable increase when a large number of insect offspring occurred. The results indicate that the carbon dioxide concentration has a close relationship with the TKW and BKP of wheat infested by insects during storage;and the carbon dioxide concentration can show the grain quality change to a certain extent.
