摘 要:目的 探讨正常心肌声学密度有关参数的变化规律及临床应用价值。方法 应用声学密度定量 (AD)技术检测 30例正常人和 15例扩张型心肌病 (DCM)、10例肥厚型心肌病 (HCM)左室长轴和短轴切面各节段的PPI、AII、SDI值。结果 正常心肌声学密度测值随心动周期呈规律性变化 ,舒张末期最高 ,收缩末期最低 ;左室后壁PPI值大于左室前壁、侧壁及室间隔 (P <0 .0 1) ;各节段 (除左室侧壁、后间隔外 )心肌AII值相近 ,差别无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。DCM组各节段PPI值减低 ,AII值增大 ;HCM组室间隔PPI值明显减低 ,AII值增大 ,左室后壁PPI、AII值与正常组比较无明显差异。Objective To study acoustic densitometry (AD)for normal myocardial tissue quantification and its clinical value.Methods The AD values (PPI、AII and SDI)of left ventricular wall were acquired from long and short axis view in 30 normal volunteers' hearts and 25cases of cardiomyopathy.Resultes It revealed that maximum value at end-diastole and a minimum value at end-systle were found during the cardic cycle.The PPI value of posterior ventricular wall was higher than those of anterior wall,lateral wall and interventricular septum(p<0.01);The segment myocardial AII value were similar (p>0.05).In patients of DCM,the PPI values decreased greatly and AII values increased.In patients of HCM,the PPI values of IVS were lowered and AII values were heightened.Conclusion AD technique is a new sensitive method for quantitative analysis of myocardial tissue characterization.
