摘  要:目的观察和研究老年COPD患者与骨质疏松症相关性。方法选取30例COPD老年男性作为观察组,同期治未病中心住院老年男性患者30例作为对照组,比较两组的骨密度、骨代谢指标物和6min步行距离情况。结果观察组的BMD和BMC在L2、L3、L4均明显小于对照组(P<0.05),两组骨代谢指标比较差异性无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的6min步行距离明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 COPD与骨质疏松有一定的相关性,故治疗COPD患者应及早定期进行必需的骨密度检查,合理用药,避免使用糖皮质激素,同时开展合理的肺康复功能训练,采取综合治疗,纠正低氧,提高患者运动能力,从而有效地阻止骨量的流失,降低骨质疏松发生的机率及减缓其发展的速度。Objective Observation and study of elderly patients with COPD and osteoporosis correlation. Methods Thirty patients with COPD aged men as the observation group, earlier treatment of disease centers hospitalized elderly men as a control group of 30 patients were compared bone mineral density, bone metabolic markers and 6-minute walk from the physical situation. Results Observation group BMD and BMC at L2, L3, L4 were significantly less than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), compared two groups of bone metabolism was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ), the observation group was significantly lower 6-minute walk distance in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion COPD and osteoporosis have some relevance, so early treatment of COPD patients should regularly carry out the necessary bone density examination, rational drug use, avoid the use of corticosteroids, while carrying out reasonable pulmonary rehabilitation functional training, comprehensive treatment to correct hypoxia, improve exercise capacity in patients, thus effectively preventing the loss of bone mass and reduce the probability of occur- rence of osteoporosis and the slow pace of development.
