摘　　要：目的 探讨泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张的安全性、有效性,以及预后情况.方法 采用单组前瞻性研究对186例采取泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗原发性大隐静脉瓣膜功能不全引起的下肢静脉曲张及相关并发症,对手术时间、手术切口、住院时间、手术并发症、术后静脉曲张消失情况、复发情况、溃疡、皮炎、色素沉着、水肿的好转情况等结果等进行分析.结果 186例患者手术均顺利完成,每条肢体治疗时间为6～15min.手术切口1～3个.术后6h均下地行走,术后住院3～5d（平均4.2d）.术后1周内无严重并发症出现.结论 泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张安全有效,创伤小,手术时间短,美容效果好,术后恢复快,住院时间短,值得临床推广应用.Objective To study foam sclerotherapy combination with great saphenous vein high ligation in the treatment of varicose veins of great saphenous of the safety, efficacy, and prognosis. Methods Using a single set of prospective studies on 186 cases of patients with lower extremity varicose veins to take foam sclerotherapy combination with great saphenous vein high ligation for the treatment of varicose of great saphenous veins and related complications, the operation time, surgical incision, length of hospital stay, complications, postoperative varicose veins disappeared, recurrence, ulcers, dermatitis, pigmentation, edema im- proved situation etc. The resuhs were analyzed. Results 186 patients with foam sclerotherapy combination with great saphenous vein high ligation for the treatment of varicose veins of great saphenous, were successfully completed surgery, every body therapy time of 6 - 15minutes, incision 1 - 3,6 hours of postoperative patients could walk, postoperative hospitalization 3 - 5 days. Within a week no serious postoperative complications. Conclusion Foarn sclerotherapy combination with great saphenous vein high tion in the treatment of varicose veins of great saphenous was safe and effective, has small trauma, shorter operation time, cosmetic effect, quicker recovery, shorter hospitalization time, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
