摘　　要：目的提高临床工作中对原发性局限性膀胱淀粉样变性的认识能力。方法报告2例原发性局限性膀胱淀粉样变性患者的临床诊治情况并结合文献分析总结。结果本病男性发病略多于女性,多见于中老年,临床表现以无痛性血尿为主,手术治疗为主要治疗方法。结论本病临床上罕见,极易误诊为膀胱肿瘤,需依靠病理确诊,治疗应避免膀胱全切,需长期随访。Objective To improve the understanding of primary local amyloidosis in bladder. Methods Report the clinical diagnosis and therapy of 2 cases of primary local amyloidosis in bladder and combined with literature review. Results This sickniss has a higher morbidity in male, usually occerd in quinquagenarian. Painless hematuria is the major clinical manifestation and operation is the major therapy. Conclusion The sickniss is rare,can be misdiagnosed as bladder tumor,pathology can make a definite diagnosis and radical cystectomy should be avoided in therapy, all cases should be followed up in long term.
