热炎宁合剂治疗小儿上呼吸道感染180例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨热炎宁合剂治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效,总结其临床应用价值。方法符合诊断的患儿180例随机分为三组,A组采用双黄连颗粒治疗,B组采用抗感颗粒治疗,C组采用热炎宁合剂治疗,观察各组临床症状改善时间及不良反应。结果 C组患儿临床症状改善时间明显短于A、B组;出现不良反应的人数明显少于A、B组。结论热炎宁合剂治疗小儿上呼吸道感染临床疗效显著,不良反应小,值得临床合理推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Reyanning in treating the upper respiratory tract infection in children and to summarize the clinical value. Methods 180 cases of children who conformed to the diagnosis were randomly to divide into three groups, group A with Shuanghuangtian particles treatment, group B with Kanggan particles treatment, group C with Reyanning treatment, and to observe the clinical symptoms improved time and adverse reaction. Results Group C in the clinical symptoms improved time was shorter than group A, B; and the number of adverse reaction was less than group A, B. Conclusion The clinical curative effect for the upper respiratory tract infection in children with Reyanning, and it is worth promting retional clinical, and less adverse reaction.
