胆囊切除术后综合症运用护理干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨护理干预对患者胆囊切除术后综合症的作用.方法 选取2010年2月~2012年9月在我科进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术后发生的患胆囊切除术后综合症者54例,随机分为干预组和对照组各27例.对照组采用传统的常规护理,干预组在此基础上进行了护理干预.结果 经过护理干预后的一组患者,发生胆囊切除术后综合症较对照组明显减轻,干预组有效率为85.18%,对照组为59.25%（P〈0.01）.结论 对胆囊切除术后综合症患者实施有计划的护理干预,有利于改善其产生的各种症状.Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with PCS. Methods From February 2010 to September 2010 in our department were LC PCS after operation in 54 eases, were randomly divided into intervention group and eontrol group with 27 eases in each group. The control group adopted conventional care, the intervention group on the basis of nursing intervention. Results After nursing intervention after a group of patients, the occurrence of PCS symptoms than the con- trol group significantly reduced,The intervention group was 85.18%, control group 59.25% （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion For patients with PCS implementation plan of nursing intervention, is advantageous to reduce tho symptoms of PCS.
