摘 要:近几年野生动物养殖逐渐有了市场,珍禽野味以其独特的风味,较高的食用价值、药用价值、观赏价值,深受市场青睐。但是,野生野鸡受国家法律保护,加之自然界存量极少,因此大力发展人工养殖野鸡相关产业,对林业产业的发展将会有一定的推动作用。美国七彩山鸡因其长期人工驯养,品种逐渐退化,急需引进野生品种基因作为外源基因,达到优化品种的目的。本文针对云南本地野鸡与美国七彩山鸡的杂交繁殖研究,从技术上来论证以云南本地野鸡作为美国七彩山鸡品种改良外源基因来源的可行性。In recent years, wild animal breeding is gradually become popular in the market. Rare birds with their unique flavor, high edible value, medicinal value and ornamental value, are become favored ones in the market. However, wild pheas ants are protected by state laws, combined with the nature stock is few; therefore vigorously development of the artificial breeding pheasants and related industry will have a certain role in promoting, for the development of forestry industry. For their longterm domestication and artificial breed, the pheasants degrade gradually, are in urgent need of introducing wild va rieties as exogenous genes, for achieving the goal of optimizing variety. In this paper, aiming at out breeding research of the Yunnan pheasants and American pheasants, we demonstrated the feasibility of Yunnan pheasant as exogenous gene source for varietal improvement to American pheasant at technical level.
