两种作图方法定位寒地粳稻9个重要农艺性状QTL

摘  要:以黑龙江省主栽粳稻品种东农422和空育131为亲本配置杂交组合,经繁殖加代建立由180个F3株系组成的F2?3群体,构建含75个SSR标记的遗传连锁图谱,采用WinQTL Cartographer Ver.2.5的复合区间作图法(CIM)和IciMapping Ver.3.1的完备区间作图法(ICIM)对抽穗天数、株高、有效穗数、穗长、一次枝梗数、二次枝梗数、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数和单株产量等9个农艺性状进行QTL定位分析。结果表明,CIM法和ICIM法在水稻全基因组内共检测到33和38个QTL,2种方法重复检测到的QTL有27个,其中控制抽穗天数、株高、穗长、一次枝梗数、二次枝梗数、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数和单株产量的QTL各为5,4,2,3,3,5,4,1个,且与已报道的QTL具有较好一致性。另外发现9个QTL成簇分布的热点区域,且与性状间的相关性具有高度一致性。研究结果对水稻农艺性状相关分子标记利用和改良水稻产量研究具有重要意义。An F2:3 population was constructed including 180 F3 lines, which derived from a cross between two main japonica rice Dongnong422 and Kongyu131, a genetic linkage map was constructed with 75 SSR markers, nine agronomic traits including heading date, plant height, panicle number, panicle length, primary branch number,secondary branch number, total number of spikelets per panicle, numbers of filled grains per panicle and grain yield per plant were detected by using CIM of WinQTL Cartographer Ver.2.5 and ICIM of IciMapping Ver.3.1. The results showed that 33 and 38 QTLs were detected in the rice genome by CIM and ICIM, respectively. 27 QTLs were detected in both CIM and ICIM, the number of QTL controlling heading date, plant height, panicle number, panicle length, primary branch number, secondary branch number, total number of spikelets per panicle, numbers of filled grains per panicle and grain yield per plant were 5, 4, 2, 3, 3, 5, 4 and 1, respectively, and they were consisitent with the reported QTL. In addition, nine QTLs clustered distributions of hot regions were found, and highly consistent with the correlation of the traits. The results of the study had important meanings for using molecular markers to improve yield of rice.
