摘 要:以4份厚皮甜瓜自交系M4-5、M4-16、M4-22、M4-21为亲本,采用Griffing方法Ⅳ配置杂交组合6个,对4个亲本及F1代的果实横径、纵径、单果重、可溶性糖、有机酸、VC主要数量性状进行方差和配合力分析。结果表明,M4-21各性状一般配合力效应值较高,是综合性状比较优良的亲本,可作为厚皮甜瓜优良品种选育的骨干亲本。在特殊配合力相对效应值上,M4-22×M4-21是比较优良的杂交组合。在遗传力分析中,单果重和VC含量分别具有较小的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力,其余均较高,该结果可为甜瓜杂交育种的亲本选择和选配提供依据。Combining ability and variances of mainly quantitative characters of thick-skinned muskmelon fruit was analyzed by six cross combinations which were made with four thick-skinned muskmelon inbred lines by the method of Griffing (IV). The results showed that different characteristics of the same cross and different crosses of the same characteristics had great difference combining ability and special combining effects, M4-21 had the highest general combining ability effect value that would be a fine parent for breeding, M4-22 x M4-21 was the excellent hybrid combinations with the highest special combining ability. In the six quantitative characters, besides the weight per fruit and VC, respectively, with a small broad-sense and narrow-sense heritability capacity, and others were very high. The results were helpful for choosing proper parental lines in hybrid thick-skinned muskmelon development.
