摘　　要：成熟度是烟叶外观质量的第一要素。文章综述烟叶成熟及成熟度的进展情况,从三个角度探讨烟叶成熟度,一是烟叶成熟度的判定标准包括定性标准和定量标准;二是烟叶成熟度的七个影响因素,分别为遗传因素、烟叶着生部位、气候因素、土壤条件、栽培条件、成熟采收和科学烘烤;三是烟叶成熟度与烟叶品质的关系。Maturity is the first element of the presentation quality of tobacco leaves. The intension of mature and maturity of tobacco was summarized in the article. This paper discussed tobacco maturity from three angles. The first, two kinds of standards about tobacco maturity were introduced that quantitative standard and the qualitative standard. The second, seven influence factors of tobacco maturity were introduced, they were genetic factor, plant parts of tobacco, climatic factor, soil conditions, cultivation condition, harvesting and baking science. The third, it discussed the relationship between tobacco maturity and leaf quality.
