摘 要:某柱状药表面粘接剂的厚度直接影响药柱与包覆衬套之间的粘接质量,为全面测量其厚度,将药柱固定于旋转平台上,分别采集刮涂前后的投影到药柱表面的变形条纹图像,采用傅里叶变换法求解出相位,并根据成像系统之间的位置关系,得到刮涂前后的药柱表面高度。将前后2次得到高度值进行对应点的相减运算,即可得到粘接剂的厚度。实验结果表明,该方法可实现柱状药表面的粘接剂厚度的全面的非接触测量,整体测量精度可达到0.035 mm。The adhesive thickness of solid propellant grain surface directly affects the quality of the adhesion between grain and liner. In order to measure the thickness of adhesive, solid propellant grain is fixed on rotating table. The deformed fringe images of basement grain and coating grain were collected, and the method of Fourier transform was used to solve the phase. According to the position relationship of the imaging system, the height of the basement grain and the coating grain were calculated. Then the overall adhesive thickness was calculated by subtracting the corresponding point of the twice reconstruct information. The experiment results show that this method can quickly and accurately measure the thickness of adhesive. The overall precision can reach 0.035 mm.
