摘 要:研究不同浓度外源硒对谷子农艺性状的影响,旨在为富硒谷子的种植和开发提供理论依据。采用田间试验,对"晋谷21号"和"张杂谷10号"于灌浆期喷施不同浓度(0,0.038,0.075,0.113,0.150,0.188和0.225kg·hm-2)亚硒酸钠,测定其农艺性状。结果表明:灌浆期叶面喷施亚硒酸钠,对谷子株高、穗长、穗粗、茎粗、叶片数、节数等农艺性状无显著影响;与对照相比,0.113kg·hm-2的处理对谷子的穗重和穗粒重都有一定程度的提高。0.113kg·hm-2亚硒酸钠处理对谷子主要产量性状有明显的促进作用,可为谷子大田产量的提高提供科学指导。Effect of different concentrations of exogenous selenium on agronomic traits of millet was investigated to provide a theoretical basis for cultivation and development of millet.By field experiment,"Jingu 21" and "Zhangzagu 10"were treated with different doses of Na2SeO3 (0,0.038,0.075,0.113,0.150,0.188 and 0.225 kg · hm-2) on foliar during the grain filling stage.Results showed that foliage spray with Na2SeO3 during grain filling stage presented no significant effect on millet plant height,spike length,ear diameter,stem diameter,leaf quantity and agronomic characters.Compared with the control,the treatment of 0.113 kg · hm-2 could improve the ear weight and grain of millet grain weight.Therefore,the treatment of 0.113 kg · hm-2 played significant role in promoting the main production properties of millet,which could provide scientific guidance for millet production.
