摘 要:针对西藏某高品位高氧化率难选氧化铅矿进行了详细的选矿试验研究。试验结果表明采用"螺旋溜槽重选—尾矿硫化铅浮选—氧化铅浮选"工艺取得了良好的选矿指标。重选精矿铅品位47.40%,铅回收率79.87%;重选尾矿浮选中硫化铅精矿铅品位61.52%,铅回收率4.02%,氧化铅精矿铅品位63.98%,铅回收率13.11%。该工艺流程的确定为矿石的合理开发提供了依据。In this paper,detailed laboratory test results of a difficult-to-process lead ore with high grade and high oxidation rate is presented.The test result shows that the process of"spiral chute concentration followed by lead sulfide flotation and lead oxide flotation" achieved good separation indices:gravity separation lead concentrate grade is 47.40%,recovery of lead is 79.87%,and in flotation of the gravity separation tailings,the lead sulphide flotation produces a concentrate assaying 61.52 Pb with a lead recovery of 4.02%,and the lead oxide flotation produces a concentrate assaying 63.98% Pb with a lead recovery of 13.11%.This technological process provides a technical basis for the development of the mine.
