新疆某硫化铅锌矿选矿试验研究

摘　　要：该硫化铅锌矿是一种低品位的硫化铅锌矿矿石,铅品位为0.52%,主要以方铅矿为主;锌品位为2.76%,主要以闪锌矿为主。通过开展小型试验,确定了该硫化铅锌矿的最佳浮选流程和药剂制度,可获得铅精矿含铅61.38%、铅回收率90.89%,锌精矿品位57.68%、锌回收率90.49%的良好指标。The ore investigated is a kind of low grade lead-zinc sulfide ore,the grade of lead being 0.52％,with galena as the main lead mineral; and the grade of zinc being 2.76％,with sphalerite as the main zinc mineral,Through bench-scale tests,we determine the best flotation flowsheet and reagent regime for processing this leadzinc ore,obtaining a lead concentrate assaying 61.38％ Pb with a lead recovery of 90.89％,and a zinc concentrate assaying 57.68％ Zn with a zinc recovery of 90.49％.
