摘　　要：城市民族工作是以处理城市中的民族事务、解决城镇化进程中的民族问题为主要内容的工作,是我国民族工作的重要组成部分,是加强和创新社会管理、维护社会和谐稳定大局的重要内容。本文通过对黑龙江省城市民族工作取得的成绩和问题进行分析研究,提出做好城市民族工作相应的对策建议。The urban ethnic work is mainly to treat with the ethnic affairs in cities,and solve the ethnic problems in the process of urbanization. It is an important component in the ethnic work of our country,as well as an important aspect of strengthening and innovating social management,maintaining harmony and stability of society and overall situation. This paper analyzes the achievements made in the urban ethnic work in Heilongjiang Province,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to work well in urban ethnic work.
