摘　　要：目的探索成年女性持续非卧床腹膜透析(continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis,CAPD)患者的性生活现状。方法 2012年9月至2013年2月,采用最大差异选样的方法选取在苏州市某三级甲等综合性医院肾内科及门诊随访的女性CAPD患者11例为研究对象,运用深度访谈法,收集其对性的感知,应用内容分析法和合众法进行分析。结果总结出女性CAPD患者11例性生活状况的4个主题:性认知的缺失、性渴望隐退、性高潮失缺和对未来不确定感。结论成年女性CAPD患者存在不同程度的性功能障碍,护理人员应重视并提供性教育。Objective The aim of the study is to explore the sexual life situation of adult temales wltla contmuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis（CAPD）. Methods Data of experience about sexual life of female CAPD patients selected from department of nephrology and outpatient clinic were collected from September 2012 to February 2013 using in-depth interview and were analyzed with content analysis and triangulation approach. Results Four themes, lacking of proper sexual cognitive, declining sexual desire, barriers to orgasm and the uncertainty of the future, were concluded. Conclusion There are varying degrees of sexual dysfunction in adult female CAPD patients. Nurses should pay attention to them and educate them about sexual knowledge.
