摘 要:对某铝合金加工项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,为职业病危害防护提供依据。采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据和资料,结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护水平、对试运行期间作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平及职业健康影响进行评价。检测结果表明:该项目基本符合职业卫生相关法律、法规、标准的要求,粉尘防护基本合格,但在职业健康监护具体落实执行等方面和噪声控制、职业健康监护管理方面需要改进。This paper discusses the evaluation of an aluminum processing project's occupational hazards control, which provided the basis for occupational hazard protection. Several approaches to evaluation were applied, including site surveys occupational health, occupational health testing and other methods to collect data and information, combined with occu- pational protective equipment, personal protective oc- cupational level workers to occupational hazards dur- ing the test run occupational exposure levels and health effects were evaluated. Test resuhs show that: the project in line with occupational health laws, reg- ulations, standards, dust protection basically quali- fied, but in the concrete implementation of occupa- tional health surveillance and enforcement aspects of noise control, occupational health care management needs to be improved.
