农业生物学开放实验室的管理机制探索

摘　　要：结合农业院校生物学公共基础课的特点,分析了农业生物学实验室开放的必要性。介绍了实验室开放的方式以及存在的问题,针对问题逐一提出解决方法。在实验室安全、设备及学生管理、实验室管理人员及开放实验室的经费管理等方面提出新建议,为探索农业生物学开放实验室的管理机制提供了新思路。Combined with the characteristic of biology in agriculture colleges , this paper introduces the necessity of opening agriculture biology laboratory .Modes of opening laboratory and problems insisting it are discussed .These problems are analyzed and solved one by one .Some innovatory suggestions in lab safety , management of equipment and students ,lab assistants and funds for management of opening laboratory are introduced as well .Finally ,this paper provides new ideas for management of opening laboratory .
