生命城市评价指标与评价方法研究

摘　　要：论述建设生命城市的必要性与紧迫性,提出生命城市是城市发展方向之一,构建生命城市评价指标体系,建立比较实用的模糊评价方法,有利于生命城市概念系统向技术系统、实物系统的转化,对促进生命城市建设具有重要作用。为了进一步促进生命城市具体化,实施路径量化、可评价化,从城市安全、城市宜居、城市生态、城市文明、城市文化、城市发展、城市危机处理等七个方面给出生命城市的评价指标并建构了模糊评价方法。The construction of Life City is necessary and urgent, which is one of directions for urban development direction for urban development. Constructing the evaluation index system of the Life City and establishing a practical method of fuzzy evaluation exert the positive effects on the transformation of the Life City conception system to the technology system and physical sys- tem, also play an important role in promoting the Life City construction. In order to further pro- moting the embodiment, the quantification of implementation path and evaluative nature of Life city, the evaluation indexes, which contains security of the city, suitable living environment, urban ecology, urban civilization, urban development, urban crisis management and so on, are presented, at the same time, the corresponding fuzzy evaluation methods are constructed.
