摘　　要：为了在油库发生火灾等突发情况时向决策与具体实施者提供可视化信息,以南三油库为例,通过构建油库要素的空间和属性数据库,在ArcGIS平台下实现三维可视化。通过.NET平台对地物属性查询、漫游、三维场景输出、GIS计算分析等功能进行了二次开发,设计出平面与三维视图为一体的油库信息系统。In order to provide the visual information to decision maker and implementer in the e- mergency such as oil depot fire etc. , taking southern three oil as an example, 3D visualization system on ArcGIS platform is realized by constructing oil depot space and attribute database. Object attribute query, 3D scene roaming, Output of 3D scenes, GIS calculation and analysis function are developed by using. NET platform. A set of plane and three - dimensional visual oil depot information system development are design.
