摘　　要：全程监督是维护军民融合式武器装备科研生产体系良好运行及其系统稳定性的重要手段。针对军民融合式武器装备科研生产体系特点,以及体系运行所面临技术风险、资金风险、人力资源风险、政策风险、市场风险与寻租风险等风险,界定了全程监督的基本概念、作用,并提出了军民融合式武器装备科研生产全程监督的总体思路及对策建议。The whole process of supervision is the important mean to maintain the well operation and stability of civil-military integration research and production of weapon equipment system .Ac-cording to the characteristics of civil-military integration research and production of weapon equipment system and the technology risk ,financial risk ,human resource risk ,policy risk ,market risk ,rent-seeking risk ,etc .that the system is facing ,the paper defines the w hole process of supervision con-cepts and role ,and puts forward the general idea and countermeasures and suggestions of the whole process of supervision of civil-military integration research and production of weapon equipment .
