摘　　要：用计算机数值计算的方法,模拟了法布里-珀罗多光束干涉实验的光强分布,并与双光束等倾干涉条纹进行了比较,分析了薄膜反射率对法布里-珀罗干涉实验的波长分辨率影响。Using the method of computer numeric calculation, the light intensity distributions of the Fabry-Perot muhiple-beam interference experiment were simulated, and compared with the interference fringes of twin-beam interference of equal inclination, and analyze the influence of thin film reflectance on the wavelength resolution in the Fahry-Perot interference experiment.
