摘　　要：介绍了北美木结构住宅建筑的基本结构,分析了现代木结构住宅建筑在节能、低碳、环保、抗震、防火及使用等方面的特点和优点.木结构住宅建筑在欧美等发达国家得到了广泛的使用,在中国也将有广泛的使用前景.The basic structure of wood structure residential buildings in North American is briefly presented in this paper. And the characteristics and advantages of the modem wood structure residential buildings are analyzed in energy saving, low carbon, environmental protection, earthquake proof, fire, and use. The wood structure residential buildings have been widely used in Europe and the United States. It is expected that the wood structure residential buildings will be widely used in China.
