思密达联合藿香正气液治疗小儿感染性腹泻观察

摘　　要：目的:观察思密达联合藿香正气口服液治疗小儿感染性腹泻的疗效。方法:将102例感染性腹泻患儿分为治疗组60例和对照组42例。2组均给予补液,补充电解质,维持酸碱平衡,以及思密达散剂。在此基础上,治疗组加服藿香正气口服液,比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为98.33%和88.09%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。体温、呕吐、大便恢复至正常时间2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:在常规治疗基础上加服藿香正气口服液治疗小儿感染性腹泻可较快缓解病情,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe treatment of infantile infecffous diarrhea the effect of Smecta combined with Huo Xiang Zheng Qi oral in the Method： 102 infants with infectious diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group was treated with conventional therapy, such as fluid infusion, supply electrolyte, maintaining the acid - base balance and Smecta. The treatment group received additional Huo Xiang Zheng Qi oral. And compared to the effects of two groups. Result：The total effective rate was 98.33% and 88.09% in treatment group and control group respectively. There was significant difference between them （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： On the basis of routine treatment, adding I-Iuo Xiang Zheng Qi oral to treat infantile diarrhea can relatively quickly bring the disease under control, that is worthy to recommend in clinical use.
