摘　　要：首先介绍图书馆生存危机问题的提出背景及研究现状,然后提出升级图书馆的服务的具体途径,即强化图书馆公益性社会机构的保障和引领作用、突出图书馆第三空间的以及社交场所功能以及开启泛在化图书馆服务模式。The article deliberates the problem of library survival crisis and makes the idea that library will keep on existing with the accounts that ： the library＇ s public property nature and core value, unique sense of place, and being highly ranked repository with superior professional service. It also proposes the means to transform the paradigm and upgrade the library service：constructing ubiquitous library service mode, being social intercourse place and the third space, cultural guiding and information navigating.
