摘 要:目的 观察水芹酸碱提取物 (简称水芹提取物 ,QT)对四氯化碳 (CCl4 )致小鼠化学性肝损伤的保护和退黄降酶作用。方法 应用CCl4 致动物化学性肝损伤模型 ,以组织肝功能、肝病理改变为判断指标 ,对QT的保肝作用和退黄降酶的效果进行研究。结果 肝功能检测结果表明 ,QT 5 0 0mg·kg-1能显著降低CCl4 化学性肝损伤小鼠血清中的谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、谷草转氨酶 (AST)及总胆红素 (BITIL)的含量 (P <0 .0 5 )。肝组织切片镜检证实 ,QT能减轻中毒小鼠肝细胞损伤。Aim To observe the effects of protective liver and improved liver function of acid-base extract of Oenanthe Javanica (QT) on mice models of CCl 4 hepatic injury in this paper.Methods Hepatic injury mice models of CCl 4 was used and the indexes of liver function and liver pathological examination were judged by the protective liver and receded jaundice and reduced enzyme of QT in the experiment respectively.Results The examined result of liver function showed that in CCl 4 intoxicating mice models,after treatment with QT (0.5g·kg -1 ) po,the serum ALT、AST and BITIL were significantly lower than those in the control groups respectively. The liver pathological examination showed that QT could alleviate the condition of the degeneration and necrosis of hepatic cells in the intoxicating mice.Conclusions The results suggested that QT could protect hepatic cells and decrease the content of ALT、AST and BITIL on chemical hepatic injury.
