复方丹参滴丸对血脂及血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察复方丹参滴丸对血脂及血流动力学的影响。方法　对 86例 (男性 5 3例 ,女 33例。年龄 5 8± 7岁 )血脂和血流动力学异常的病人 ,应用复方丹参滴丸 10粒 ,tid ,po ,连服 2个月进行治疗 ,观察治疗前后血脂和血流动力学的变化。结果　治疗后、全血粘度、血浆粘度、血小板聚集率、总胆固醇、甘油三脂和低密度脂蛋白均明显下降 (P <0 .0 0 1)。Aim To observe the effects of Fufang Danshen Diwan (FDD)on hemorheology and hyperlipidemia.Methods 86 patients (M53,F33,age58±7) with abnormal hemorheology and hyperlipidemia were treated with FDD 10 drop,po,tid for 2mo,and the effects of FDD on hemorheology and blood fat were evaluated.Results The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity aggregation rate of platelet,toltal cholesterol and triglyceride levels were decreased (P<0.001).No adverse reaction was observed.Conclusion FDD can reduce the blood total cholesterol and triglyceride level,and change some indices of hemorheology.
