安全视角下的校车运营与管理体系研究——以济南市为例

摘　　要：校车是具有低碳、效益、安全、畅通等特征,并能切实解决学生上下学出行的交通方式。通过对山东师范大学附属小学案例的调研,得出校车运营体系与管理体系,构建评价指标体系,保障校车安全。从城市层面提出校车适用性对策,为城市交通可持续发展提供借鉴。School bus has many features, such as low carton, benefits, safety, unimpeded. School bus also is the common mode of transportation to commute to school. Through the investigation and survey of Shandong Normal University＇s Primary School,it is suggested to have the operating and management system, construct school bus evaluation value of the index system which is the important factor for school bus safety. The countermeasures are put forward and the reference is provided for the sustainable traf fic development from the city level.
