摘　　要："辽宁精神"是辽宁文化的精髓,对辽宁文化产业的发展有一定的推动作用,二者相辅相成。从"辽宁精神"的确立对辽宁文化产业的发展具有重要意义出发,分析目前辽宁文化产业发展的现状和存在问题,并就整改措施提出粗浅的看法。提出弘扬践行"辽宁精神",推动辽宁文化产业大发展的新思路。As the essence of Liaoning culture,Liaoning Spirit promotes the development of Liaoning Culture Industry and the two complement each other.Since the establishment of Liaoning Spirit plays a significant role on the development of Liaoning culture industry, the author starts from this aspect,analyses the current situation and problems,and provides basic opinions about rectification measures.The thesis advocates the new idea of practicing Liaoning Spirit and promoting the great development of Liaoning culture industry.
