摘 要:分子逻辑门是DNA计算机的重要单元,也是实现运算法则的基本条件。文章以DNA自组装模型为基础,构造了特殊的环状DNA序列。通过将分子信标作为输入信号,或者对输入信号进行相应的标记,实现了与非门、或非门和异或门3种常见复合逻辑门的构造。在结果读取中,用检测荧光强度的方法来判断逻辑真值。反应后溶液中有荧光出现时,表示逻辑值为1;反应溶液中没有荧光出现时,表示逻辑值为0。在整个实验过程中,只需要对DNA序列进行相应的设计,可减少因为反应复杂、反应步骤繁多引起的误差。该模型操作简单,灵敏度高,为分子逻辑计算的实现提供了新的思路。The molecular logic gate is not only an important unit of DNA computer ,but also the basic condition of realizing the algorithm .In this paper ,special circular DNA sequences are constructed on the basis of DNA self-assembly model .By making the molecular beacon as the input signal ,or doing the corresponding mark on the input signal ,the structure of the NAND gate ,NOR gate and XOR gate ,w hich are three kinds of common complex logic gate ,is realized .T he logical truth is determined by the detection of fluorescence intensity in the reading of result .When the fluorescence occurs in the solution after the reaction ,it represents a logical value of 1 ,but w hen there is no fluorescence ,it re-presents the result of 0 .During the testing process ,the corresponding design of DNA sequences is only needed ,and there is no complicated reaction ,w hich can reduce the error caused by the complicat-ed reaction and cumbersome steps .This model has the advantages of simple operation and high sensi-tivity ,and it provides a new idea for the implementation of molecular logic calculation .
