摘 要:【目的】探讨脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)污染饲粮中添加竹炭和竹醋液对断奶仔猪血清游离氨基酸含量的影响.【方法】试验选用28头35日龄、平均体质量为(12.10±1.12)kg的"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,分别为对照组(基础饲粮)、DON组(基础饲粮+DON)、竹炭组(基础饲粮+DON+2%竹炭)、竹醋液组(基础饲粮+DON+1%竹醋液),每组7个重复,每个重复1头猪.试验期为37 d.【结果和结论】1)试验第15天,除DON组和竹炭组3-甲基组氨酸分别显著降低39.06%、40.62%(P<0.05)外,其他各试验组所测定的游离氨基酸与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05).2)试验第30天,与对照组相比,DON组异亮氨酸、缬氨酸、半胱氨酸、羟基脯氨酸、3-甲基组氨酸分别显著降低26.60%、25.96%、73.38%、44.61%、26.09%(P<0.05).与DON组相比,竹炭组半胱氨酸、3-甲基组氨酸分别升高173.17%、8.82%(P>0.05);竹醋液组羟基脯氨酸、3-甲基组氨酸分别显著升高55.96%、26.47%(P<0.05),半胱氨酸升高170.73%(P>0.05).3)试验第37天,与对照组相比,DON组羟基脯氨酸显著升高(P<0.05);竹炭组组氨酸、1-甲基组氨酸显著降低(P<0.05);竹醋液组组氨酸、鸟氨酸、1-甲基组氨酸显著降低(P<0.05),而羟基脯氨酸、谷氨酰胺显著升高(P<0.05).DON导致部分血清游离氨基酸含量降低或显著降低,按基础饲粮质量比例添加2%竹炭或1%竹醋液具有一定的缓解作用,后期断奶仔猪适应程度相对提高,竹炭和竹醋液的添加量应该给予适当的调整.[Objective]This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding bamboo-carbon and bamboo vinegar to the diets contaminated by deoxynivalenol ( DON) on serum free amino acids content of weaned piglets .[Method ]A total of 28 crossbred ( Duroc ×Landrace ×Large white ) weaned piglets with an average body mass of (12.10 ±1.12) kg were randomly assigned to 4 groups, with 7 replicates per group and 1 piglet in each replicate .The 4 groups were as follows:control group ( a basal diet ) , DON group (the basal diet +DON), bamboo-carbon group (the basal diet +DON+2% bamboo-carbon), bamboo vinegar group ( the basal diet+DON+1%bamboo vinegar ) .The experimental period lasted for 37 d.[Result and conclusion]1)On the 15th day of the experiment, there was no significant difference between the experiment group and control group ( P〉0.05 ) , besides 3 MHis in DON group and bamboo-carbon group significantly decreased by 39.06%,40.62%(P〈0.05).2)On the 30th day of the experi-ment , compared with the control group , Ile, Val, Cys, Hyp, 3MHis in DON group were significantly de-creased by 26.60%, 25.96%, 73.38%, 44.61%, 26.09%( P 〈0.05 ) as compared to the control group, Cys, 3MHis in bamboo-carbon increased by 173.17%, 8.82%(P〉0.05), respectively;Hyp, 3MHis Cys in bamboo vinegar group increased by 55.96%(P〈0.05), 26.47%(P〈0.05), 170.73%(P〉0.05), respectively.3)On the 37th day of the experiment, compared with the control group, Hyp in DON group significantly increased (P〈0.05); His, 1MHis in bamboo-carbon group significantly de-creased(P 〈0.05); His, Orn, 1MHis in bamboo vinegar group significantly decreased (P〈0.05);Hyp, Gln in bamboo vinegar group significantly increased ( P〈0.05) .Dietary supplementation with 2%bamboo-carbon or 1%bamboo vinegar could alleviate a part of serum free amino acids content , with a de-crease or a significant decrease by DON challenge in weaned piglets .The weaned piglets have certain
