摘　　要：从城市化水平对环境效率影响的角度分析了城市化发展对环境效率的作用关系。与城市化对环境污染呈明显负相关的结论不同,城市化发展对环境效率的作用呈现倒"U"型。在水平较低阶段与环境效率是正向作用,在到达一定阶段后与环境效率呈负相关作用。以2005年—2011年的面板数据为基础,对安徽省城市化水平和环境效率做了测度,并对安徽省城市化对环境效率影响做了静态面板分析。得出当前安徽省的城市化发展对安徽省的环境效率有着正向作用,并提出了发展经济、因地制宜发展城市化、考虑环境承载力等建议。Viewing from the impact of urbanization level on the environment efficiency , this study analyzes the im-pact of the urbanization on environment efficiency .Different from the previous conclusions of negative relation , the relationship shows an inverted ＂U＂shape.They have a positive relation at the beginning of urbanization .After reaching certain level , they show a negative relation .Based on the panel data of 2005 -2011 from Anhui , the level of urbanization and environmental efficiency are measured , and the impact of urbanization on the environment efficiency is analyzed .It is concluded that current urbanization in Anhui has a positive effect on the environmental efficiency .Some recommendations on how to develop economy , urbanization and environment considerations are proposed.
