摘　　要：当今,新闻媒体的力量已经悄无声息的改变着整个世界,媒体也以其独特的功能无时无刻地影响着政治领域,成为政治宣传的工具,日益发挥着重要的功能。因此,西方学者向来以"无冕之王""第四权力"来形容媒体的重要作用。普遍认为,世界各国都已经主动或者被动的进入了传媒政治时代。自2009年以来,微博作为一种新的媒体的出现,以其传播内容的丰富性、传播模式的创新性、传播方式的多样性、传播速度的即时性等诸多优点,构建了一个信息分享和社交活动的传媒平台,成为了民众参政议政的重要方式。因此,密切关注微博的政治功能、有效发挥微博的政治效应、合力推进微博的良性发展,成为了传媒政治时代的重要话题。Nowadays , the news media have been spread to every corner of the world .Media is a magical power , changing our life .Undoubtedly , the media influences political field every hour and moment for its unique function , and it become a propaganda tool and plays an increasingly important function .Therefore , the western scholars al-ways describe the important role of the media as＂king without a crown ＂and＂fourth power＂.Generally , all coun-tries in the world have actively or passively entered the era of political media .Since 2009 , micro-blog has appeared as a new media , and tt quickly becomes an information sharing and social communication platform for its propaga -tion velocity , propagation authenticity , rich content , the innovative mode of transmission and diversity .It has be-come the important way for public to participate public affairs .Therefore, close attention to the political function of micro-blog, effective play of micro-blog political effect, promoting the development of micro-blog have become the important topics of political media era .
