摘 要:本文从 5种亲和吸附剂 (AffinityAbsorbent,AA)中筛选出对病理性循环免疫复合物 (CycleImmuneComplex ,CIC)具有特异性吸附的吸附剂AA3 ,测定其孔结构参数 ,讨论了不同吸附条件对吸附性能的影响。用纯种大白兔作为实验动物 ,建立高循环免疫动物模型 ,用AA3 吸附剂对动物模型进行血液灌流实验 ,观察该吸附剂血灌流清除血中CIC的功效。考察了AA3 吸附剂的血液相容性及对蛋白的影响。实验结果表明AA3 吸附剂对血中CIC的吸附率达 41 7% ,动物模型血灌流对CIC的吸附率达 38 4%。We selected an affinity absorbent (AA 3) from 5 kinds of absorbents. The AA 3 was a specific absorbent of pathologic circular immune complex (CIC). The physical properties of the absorbents were determinated. The factors that affected the absorption of CIC were discussed. The rabbit model of high CIC concentration were established and AA 3 affinity absorbent to remove CIC in serum were studied. The results showed that the removal rate of CIC was 41.7% in the serum and 38.4% in the model of hemoperfusion. The blood compatibility was also investigated.
