摘 要:以南昌市某污水处理厂污泥为对象,探讨污泥制备特种陶瓷(化学键合陶瓷)的可行性。特种陶瓷由胶凝材料、填充材料和活化材料等经过活化、复合和强化等过程制备而成。供试污泥含有大量的SiO2和Al2O3,具备制备特种陶瓷的凝胶特性。分别在600℃、700℃、800℃和900℃下活化污泥,与42.5级普通水泥混合,检验材料的安全性。结果表明,综合考虑能耗与活化效果,在700℃下污泥表现出较好的胶凝性,且污泥中Zn、Cu、Pb和Cd得到有效固化,TCLP浸出量低于固体废物浸出标准。By sampled dewatered sludge from an urban sewage treatment plants of Nanchang, ttus pa- per carried out feasibility analysis on preparation of Chemically Bonded Ceramic (CBC). CBC was made from cementing material, packing material and exciting agents by activation, composition and strengthening processes. Tested sludge contained amounts of SiO2 and Al2O3, which were used as ce-menting material. Safety test has been made to ensure activation of the sludge after mixing with ce-ment on heating:600 ℃ ,700 ℃ ,800 ℃ and 900 ℃ ,respectively. The results indicated tested sludge had optimal cementing property after heating at 700 ℃. Heavy metal ions could be solidified in mor-tar effectively, and the leaching contents of heavy metal in the sludge were lower than the standard of solid waste.
