弹性髓内针在治疗成人肱骨干中段骨折中的手术体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨采用弹性髓内针（TEN）在治疗成人肱骨干中段骨折中的治疗效果及手术体会。方法：对25例肱骨干中段骨折患者采用经皮逆行弹性髓内针治疗，详细记录术后骨折愈合情况，并对其并发症及疗效进行统计分析。结果：随访12~36个月，肩关节综合评价优良率达到96%；肘关节综合评价优良率达到92%。结论：弹性髓内针技术具有固定牢靠、创伤较小、及早改善患者的锻炼功能等特点，有较好的推广意义。Objective：To explore effect and surgical experience of elastic intramedullary nail（TEN）in the treatment of adult middle humeral shaft fractures.Method：25 patients with middle humeral shaft fractures were treated with retrograde flexible intramedullary percutaneous needle,the situation of fracture healing was recorded,and its complications and efficacy were analyzed.Result：25 patients were followed up 12-36 months,excellent rate of draw shoulder comprehensive evaluation was 96%;excellent rate of elbow overall was 92%.Conclusion：Flexible intramedullary nail technology has advantage of stable fixation,less trauma,early functional exercises to improve the patient’s characteristics,it is worth to popularize widerly.
