摘　　要：股骨颈头下型骨折后股骨头的血液循环大部分中断,具有较高的发生骨折不愈合、股骨头坏死等并发症的几率。本文详细介绍如何根据患者年龄、认知功能、功能要求选择内固定或者髋关节置换治疗股骨颈头下型骨折,以提高患者骨折术后的功能水平,改善患者术后生活质量,提高临床治疗效果。Most part of blood circulation locate in the femoral head has been interrupt after subcapital femoral neck fracture happened. It has higher chances of fracture healing, complications such as avascular necrosis. This article details bow to choose the treatment of Subcapital femoral neck fracture： internal fixation or hip replacement, according to patients＇ age, cognitive function and functional requirements. In order to improve the level of postoperative function in patients who fracture, improve patients＇ postoperative quality of life, improve the effect of clinical treatment.
