摘　　要：经过国内外学者多年来的不断探索,甲状旁腺移植取得了较快发展,相对其他组织器官移植,甲状旁腺移植具有供体组织来源广泛、手术方式多样而术后并发症相对较少的特点,为甲状旁腺机能减退症患者提供了一种永久治愈的方法。鉴于国内外临床及实验研究有关甲状旁腺移植手术方式、组织来源、围手术期处理等方面各异,本文通过阅读大量国内外文献结合临床实际,现对甲状旁腺移植中的各个环节进行系统综述,为指导临床实际应用提供丰富的理论依据。Parathyroid transplantationhas witnessed a rapid development in recent years. Compared with other organ transplantation, parathyroid transplantation showed advantages such as wide source of donor tissues and less complications due to multiple operative procedures, which ensured a curative treatment of hypoparathyroidism. Current clinieal and experimental studies of parathyroid transplantation included modus operandi, source of donor tissues and perioperative management. This study is a systematic review about all aspects of parathyroid transplantation in clinical practice.
