摘 要:水平井泵送射孔时的关键施工参数为泵送排量,采用建立的考虑射孔枪串组成、特征、泵送液性质以及流体冲击力计算方式的泵送排量计算模型,分析泵送液浮力、射孔枪与套管之间的摩阻系数、射孔枪电缆头、枪斜、泵送液密度、桥塞工具、泵送液冲击力、液体流速计算方式、射孔枪重量对泵送排量的影响。分析结果表明,浮力、摩阻系数、泵送液密度、冲击力计算方式和枪重对泵送排量的影响非常大,计算时不能忽略,其余参数可忽略。It is very important to determine key treatment data parameters such as pumping rate when a horizontal well is perforated with pumping perforation technique. This paper has analyzed effection of parameters on pumping rate with the new model which considers perforating gun string, pump fluid and method to calculate the impact force of the fluid. These influencing parameters include buoyancy of pumping fluid, coefficient of friction resistance be- tween perforation gun and case, cable head, inclining of gun, pumping fluid density, bridge plug, calculation of impact force and weight of gun. The results imply that pumping change quickly when buoyancy of pumping fluid, coefficient of friction resistance, pumping fluid density, calculation of impact force and weight of gun vary while ca- ble head, inclining of gun and bridge plug do not effect a mostly pumping rate. These factors such as buoyancy of pumping fluid can not be neglected while pumping rate can be determined without considering cable head, inclining of gun and bridge plug.
