摘 要:为了在有限口径下获得更大的观察范围 ,医用电子内窥镜广泛采用广角物镜 ,图象存在较为严重的畸变。畸变的校正对于快速发现、准确定位病灶 ,定量、定性分析病情具有重要意义。除利用传统的象差理论实现校正外 ,使用各种标准样板进行内窥镜图象畸变的校正是一种有效的方法。本文介绍了畸变的概念 ,讨论利用点阵样板进行畸变校正的理论 ;介绍了实现校正方法的三个步骤 ;样板图象的预处理、空间位置畸变校正和灰度重建 ;给出了具体的校正结果并分析了二种影响校正精度的误差源。Due to the restriction of the coelom of human organs, wide angle lenses are widely used in the medical electronic endoscope whose images are distorted badly. It is very important for correction of distortion of these images to find focus of infection fast and correctly and diagnose the cases quantitatively and qualitatively. Besides the traditional aberration correction theory, distortion in medical electronic endoscope image can be calibrated with some kinds of standard calibration plates. In this paper, firstly, the definition of optical distortion was introduced briefly and the theory of correction of distortion using dot array plate was presented. Then, we addressed the three steps of correction including pre processing of plate image, correction of spatial distortion and correction of gray level. Finally, the results were given to demonstrate the performance and validity of the standard calibration plate. Two error resources were also analyzed.
