我国医生保护制度的现状及改进

摘　　要：当前我国暴力袭医事件频发,严重影响了我国医疗卫生事业的发展——医生在自身合法权益受到侵害时却无法获得及时、有效的保护,这使得医生在医疗过程中倾向于采取防御性的医疗措施,甚至使得部分医生选择转业。鉴此,必须采取多种措施进一步完善我国的医生保护制度:通过修订《执业医师法》保护医生权益;强化医院安全管理,维护医生生命安全;注重对医生的人文关怀,减轻医生的压力;加强宣传,建立良性的舆论沟通机制;加大政府对医疗卫生的投入;完善医疗保险制度,减少医患冲突。Currently, violent attacks on medical staff happen frequently in China, and doctors＂ legal rights and interests can＇t get timely and effective protection while being violated, which makes doctors tend to take de fensive medical treatment measures in the process of medical treatment, and makes some doctors choose some other careers as well. Consequently the development of medical and health undertakings will be seriously affected in our country. As a result, many measures must be taken to further improve the doctor protection system in our country, such as protecting doctors＂ rights and interests by revising the Law on Medical Practitioners; strengthen ing the safety management in hospitals and ensuring the safety doctors lives; giving humanistic care to doctors and easing their pressure; strengthening the propaganda to establish benign communication mechanism of public opinions; increasing government＇s spending on health care; perfecting the medical insurance system and reducing doctoroatient conflicts, etc..
