论我国医疗纠纷防治中的政府责任

摘　　要：主要承担社会管理职能的政府,在我国的医疗纠纷的防治中有不可推卸的责任,其是承担防治医疗纠纷的必然责任主体。政府应加大对医疗卫生的经费投入,合理配置医疗资源,为医疗纠纷的防治提供制度供给、监督管理和宣传教育等方面的支持;同时,应提高自身和法律的公信力,使医患双方在合法的轨道上寻求利益的均衡,从而保障医疗事业的可持续发展和医患关系的和谐建构。Our government, which mainly undertakes the function of social management , has unshirkable re sponsibility in preventing and controlling medical disputes in our country, it is inevitable responsibility main body of preventing and controlling medical disputes as well. Therefore, our government should increase the medical and health spending, distribute medical resources reasonably, provide system supply, supervision and management, propaganda and education for preventing and controlling medical disputes; meanwhile we should improve the credibility of our government the laws, make both doctors and patients seek the balance of interests in the legal orbit, so as to guarantee the sustainable development of the medical enterprises and the construction of harmo nious doctorpatient relationship.
