摘　　要：新型农村合作医疗保险的定点医疗,促使乡镇卫生院就诊患者数量显著增加,同时医疗纠纷数量也明显上升。文章从医疗技术、医患沟通、医疗管理和卫生法制教育四个方面剖析乡镇卫生院所存在的医疗纠纷隐患,并提出了相应防范对策,以期减少医疗纠纷。Fixed medical institutions of the new rural cooperative medical system result in marked growth oi patients in township hospitals as well as a marked growth of medical disputes. The article analyses the risks of medical disputes in township hospitals from the perspectives of medical technology, doctor-patient communication, medical management and health law education, and puts forward some countermeasures accordingly in order to reduce medical disputes.
