摘　　要：面对科技竞争日益激烈的形势,主要国家近年来密集出台了未来科技发展规划和战略,对未来科技发展进行了部署,以抢占未来竞争制高点。本文从借鉴的角度,总结分析了主要国家未来科技发展规划的目标、重点任务和领域以及保障措施,最后提出了对中国的政策建议。In an area of increasing competition of global science and technology, a lot of countries have developed mid-and long-term S＆T development plans in recent years so as to win in the future. This article analyzed the targets, main tasks and priorities, measures of main countries＇ S＆T development plan, and put forward some policy recommendations to China.
