摘 要:明确城市创新系统的动力生成机制可以为区域创新路径的选择指明方向,降低政策的成本与风险。城市创新系统中创新主体与创新环境标识的匹配是创新的起点,匹配形成的黏着机制是创新动力的来源。以无锡市为例探讨了城市创新系统的动力要素,包括城市现代化水平、政策环境、基本生活条件、创业创新配套服务以及人力资源支持五个方面。将无锡市作为案例,分析了其现阶段的动力要素匹配情况,发现人力资源支持是目前无锡创新环境亟待解决的问题。The power generating mechanism of City Innovation System (CIS) can direct regional innovation path selection, and re- duce the policy cost and risk. Fit of the signs between CIS innovation main body and innovation environment is the starting point of inno- vation, and the adhesion mechanism of person-environment fit is the power source of innovation. Taking Wuxi city as an example, the paper explored there were 5 aspects in the dynamic factors of CIS, which were the city's modernization level, the policy environment, the basic living conditions, innovative services and human resources. And the paper also analyzed driving factors of fit situation in Wuxi city at present, and the result showed that human resources support was urgent to be improved.
